So according to my home scales,

I’ve now lost 10 pounds. I’m excited I guess. I can’t see the weight loss yet though:) 

MyFitnessPal recalculated my daily calorie goal too; I went from 1420 calories/day to 1360. 

Even though I can’t see the weight loss, I’m still motivated to continue on. I’m feeling a lot better than I was before because I’ve been eating a lot less junk.
